We begin at first light with a 6.30am sunrise sound bath, allowing the body to soften and settle into the day. From there, we gently move into Pilates with Sue, followed by fresh açai bowls from Sun’s Out Bowls Out.
The morning continues with a restorative yoga practice, journalling and a second sound immersion to rest and integrate.
You’ll have time to swim, relax, connect, or simply be — before we close with a shared lunch.
