Four Sunday afternoons of sound, restful yoga and guided reflection.
Each session begins with a sound bath, followed by a slow, restful yoga practice with a different theme gently woven throughout. We’ll finish with tea and guided journalling — creating space to pause, reflect and reconnect with yourself.
Each Sunday explores a different theme:
Week 1 — Where am I now?
A gentle check-in with the different areas of your life.
Week 2 — The stories I carry
Exploring limiting beliefs, expectations and the stories we hold.
Week 3 — Honouring what I need
Boundaries, energy and creating space for what matters.
Week 4 — What I choose from here
Values, intentions and what you want to welcome moving forward.
Come for one Sunday or join all four.

Buddha Sanctuary
$40 per session

Yin Yoga
Yin yoga has become one of my favourite practices. A beautiful restful practice with long held shapes. This class creates space to go inwards during the week and connect body and mind.
6.30pm Monday evenings - bookings through MindBody
Vinyasa
I love creating and teaching flowing yoga sequences that connect movement and breath. Every class is different and will leave you feeling more open, stronger and calmer.
