Mini Weekend Retreat 14 & 15 March
This mini weekend retreat is an invitation to slow down, move your body, and connect both on and off the mat. Across two gentle sessions, we’ll balance rest and play, with space to share, connect, and enjoy simple moments together.

Sunday 15 March 6.30 - 8.00am Vinyasa & Sound Bath

Yin Yoga
Yin yoga has become one of my favourite practices. A beautiful restful practice with long held shapes. This class creates space to go inwards during the week and connect body and mind.
